All our HAF activity providers have been working hard to make activities accessible. This year, each provider has their own ‘All About Us’ which you can find on the activity booking description. This includes more information about the provider, venue, activity and staffing, should you require any further information prior to booking

A link to the 'All about us' will be available on the individual activities

Ticketed Attractions for Gloucester City Residents Only

*** Please note that you cannot book ticketed attractions until 6pm on Tuesday 12th March

Important points:

– tickets are very limited – submitting a form does not guarantee you will be allocated tickets – but we will try our best.

– you will be asked to choose a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice activity but will only be allocated tickets for one of your choices.

– if you don’t want to choose a 2nd or 3rd option that is fine, but we cannot guarantee your first choice. If you only make one choice and there are no tickets available you will not be allocated any activity.

– when the booking form opens it will only take a set number of bookings each time. This gives us time to allocate tickets so that we don’t over subscribe. If you click on the link and the form says it is closed, this is not an error – it is meant to happen.

– the booking form will open at 6pm on Tuesday 12th March to take the first set of bookings. A link to the form will be put onto the website.

– there are limited amounts of tickets for each attraction and demand will always outweigh supply. Please only book tickets if you know you will use them. This is so important – many tickets are wasted by people simply not using them.

– please read the information for each activity carefully to make sure you understand any age restrictions, date and time limits and other important information.

– we will contact you with information about your booking within 7 working days of you submitting your form – please try to avoid contacting us to ask for updates – we have a large number of bookings to work through and so it just takes time.
